Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support cradle to grave Loan Portfolio management and underwrite assets, covering a diverse range of Real Estate Finance deals
  • Assist with the restructuring of NPL transactions
  • Manage client interaction
  • Review relevant loan documentation
  • Perform through analysis and prepare detailed reports on relevant information (i.e. market trends, ratings, market cap etc)
  • Engage with relevant 3rd parties (i.e. advisers, valuers etc)

Key Skills:

  • Commercial Real Estate Finance/Loan experience
  • NPL restructuring exposure
  • Knowledge of loan documentation
  • Financial modelling skills
