An international bank based in London seek to recruit a senior Operations professional to manage, develop and optimise their Client Operations systems, processes and procedures.
- Manage & develop the banks overall Client Operations division, with responsibility for a small team
- Optimise various operational products and services in connection with Corporate & Retail Banking (i.e. Payments, Client On-Boarding, Online Banking etc.)
- Work in connection with relevant internal departments to review, optimise and implement suitable systems, processes and procedures
- Identify possible issues and concerns as quickly as possible and work to provide suitable solutions
- Work closely with business divisions to ensure smooth implementation and management of QA
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers
- Remain up to speed on market developments with regard to products, regulation etc.
- Corporate/Retail Banking exposure
- Broad Operations experience
