A global corporate bank is looking to hire a Senior Credit Risk Analyst who will manage the credit profile of an assigned portfolio of FI and NBFI names.
Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with front office, analyse credit proposals and recommend mitigants to reduce credit risk.
- Present and defend transactions at credit committee, summarising credit risk input.
- Monitor an assigned portfolio of FI/NBFI clients and alert senior management to developments where necessary.
- Deliver timely periodic reviews and report on credit ratings.
- Take on project work when necessary, making suggestions to improve systems and internal processes.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a credit risk role managing a portfolio of FIs & NBFIs (banking, ratings agency etc).
- A firm understanding of local banking regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
