Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of c70 SME clients (£2–15m turnover)
- Drive income growth through a needs-based, client-focused approach
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Conduct credit risk assessments and due diligence
- Deliver lending, cash management, and trade finance solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams across product, risk, and compliance
