An established international bank based in London seek a Relationship Manager to join their Fund Finance team. The RM will be responsible for originating, structuring and executing business with new and existing Fund (i.e. Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, Infrastructure etc) and Alternative Investment clients, providing a diverse range of Fund Financing products (i.e. Subscription Finance, Bridge Financing, Capital Call etc).
Responsibilities:
- Manage and developing relationships with new and existing Fund (i.e. Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, Infrastructure etc) and Alternative Investment clients
- Originating, structuring and executing a range of Fund Finance business (i.e. Subscription Finance, Bridge Financing, Capital Call etc)
- Manage and oversee the Fund Finance client portfolio
- Prepare detailed credit applications to be presented to credit committee
- Analyse and stress test relevant financial models
- Support product development and innovation
- Cross-sell the banks broader product offering
- Attend relevant industry events to promote the banks presence in the market
- Liaise with relevant internal and external departments (i.e. Risk, Compliance, Credit etc)
