Role
Manage a portfolio of ~60 clients generating ~£3.5m revenue
Drive growth through relationship-led origination and cross-sell
Deliver lending and broader banking solutions
Partner with credit/risk on deal structuring
Requirements
Background in Corporate/Commercial Banking or Structured Finance
Experience managing or supporting mid-market or larger SME clients
Strong credit and lending knowledge
Ambition to progress into a Director-level role
