An international bank based in London seek to recruit an experienced Relationship Manager to join their Real Estate Finance team. The RM will actively originate and execute Commercial Real Estate Finance deals across the UK market, with deals broadly ranging from £20-100mil+.
Responsibilities:
- Origination of new CRE business opportunities
- Cover a diverse remit of asset classes
- Manage and develop strong client relationships
- Execute deals and manage new/existing business
- Develop & maintain relationships with key introducers and relevant external market contacts
- Manage relationships with syndicated lending partners
- Prepare credit proposals to be presented to committee
- Liaise with relevant internal departments (i.e. Credit, Legal, Compliance etc.)
- Work alongside senior management
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the UK Real Estate Finance market (Commercial & Residential)
- Proven deal Origination & Execution experience
- Experience working in a Commercial/Corporate/Investment banking environment
- Solid Credit Risk skills
