An expanding Financial Services company seeks a professional and friendly Receptionist to join the team in the City of London. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will manage the front desk, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including mail handling and data entry.
  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments
