Amazing opportunity, for a loans admin/operations professional to join an award winning global Real Estate Management company.
You will support day-to-day activities of a small team to ensure delivery of services:
- General loans administration duties to include preparation of billing notices/remittance reports, rate setting and maintenance of loan system.
- Preparation of payments from borrower’s accounts and payments from accounts to lender.
- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
- Liaising with Portfolio Managers, Lenders, Borrower’s, and relevant 3rd parties for loan instructions.
- Working closely with the team to provide ongoing improvement of the daily functions.
- Respond to both internal and external queries in a timely manner
- Carry out a range of project related tasks.
- Solid understanding of rent rolls and covenants
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience.
