Responsibilities include:
- Take ownership for running the regular reporting cycles and internal data management processes.
- Work closely to manage a loan portfolio in the Real Estate space
- Produce reports and manage data outflows
- Deal management and client liaison support
- Analyse financial statements and operating statements
- Assessing compliance with documentation.
- Review financial models
Skills
- 2 years minimum working experience
- Experience in writing SQL queries
- Cashflow modelling (Strong excel skills)
- Data reporting and data manipulation knowledge
- Real Estate knowledge advantageous
