Job Description

Seeking an experienced Change & Transformation Manager with strong business analysis skills to join tan expanding team. This role will focus on analysing and executing key initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity improvements using a variety of tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support & Align with Strategy: Help implement framework and ensure it aligns with the overall transformation goals.
  • Identify Areas for Improvement: Spot opportunities to enhance processes across EMEA Operations.
  • Business Process Re-engineering: Analyse existing processes, identify problems, and propose effective solutions with easy-to-understand flow diagrams.
  • Propose and Implement Improvements: Suggest and apply various transformation strategies and tools to optimize processes.
  • Project Delivery: Plan, manage, and track project timelines, resources, and risks, ensuring successful completion within deadlines and budget.
  • Measure Success: Define and track metrics to evaluate the return on investment and ensure smooth handover to Business as Usual.
  • Governance & Communication: Support building governance frameworks, provide updates to key stakeholders, and manage communication across the program.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
  • Build Relationships: Maintain strong connections with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Champion Change: Be a strong advocate for change, supporting the operations strategy and delivering timely, accurate services.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of the corporate and investment banking models and the challenges they face.
  • Expertise in change management, project delivery, and familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Excellent at planning, prioritizing, and communicating clearly at all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
