This small but expanding team manage multiple transactions ensuring compliance of loan policies and procedures, and work with the wider team to ensure tasks are carried out in a timely manner.
- Provide a professional Loan Operations service to internal and external clients.
- Support day-to-day activities of team to ensure accurate/timely delivery of services
- General loans administration duties to include preparation of billing notices/remittance reports, rate setting and maintenance of loan system
- Preparation of payments from borrowers’ accounts and payments
- Liaising with Asset Managers, Lenders, Borrowers and relevant 3rd parties for loan instructions
- Respond to both internal and external queries in a timely manner
- Ad hoc project related tasks
You will have the:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment running multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Very Good knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Loan Documentation (LMA)
- General understanding of loan process, rate setting, loan rollovers
