Junior Facility Agent (Contract)

Main Responsibilities 

• Manage a portfolio of UK & European CRE loans (syndicated & bilateral)
• Support loans throughout their lifecycle, from closing to redemption
• Review loan documentation alongside legal teams
• Track key dates, financial covenants, and borrower reporting requirements
• Maintain internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Liaise with borrowers, lenders, and advisors on ongoing loan requirements
• Support loan events including amendments, waivers, restructurings, and repayments
• Assist with drawdowns, cashflow calculations, and waterfall setups
• Coordinate valuations and third-party reporting

Skills:

• Experience in loan servicing, loan administration, or real estate finance 
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
