Our client a financial services company seek a HR support to be based in the City of London
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of HR with various tasks.
- Improve HRIS (HiBob) processes.
- Document end-to-end HR processes.
- Create guides and training materials for managers and employees.
- Prepare for new legislation.
- Review and update third-party service providers.
- Handle GDPR tasks, including transferring employee records to HiBob and data purging.
- Support ad hoc HR projects.
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
- HR department experience.
- Familiarity with the financial sector.
- Proficient in IT, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
