A HR manager position with a international financier in London. Working closely with senior staff for the delivery of all HR services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the annual performance and benefits review processes.
- Manage the recruitment of new staff, issuing offers and contracts.
- Manage relationships with line managers providing HR solutions during ER issues.
- Maintain familiarity with UK banking regulations.
- Work closely with line managers to identify and deliver learning and development opportunities.
Skills/experience:
- Strong experience in a generalist HR capacity.
- Experience within a bank or financial service industry preferred.
- CIPD qualifications advantageous.
