Our client a Global Real Estate company seek a Loan Operations officer to join an expanding team.
Main Responsibilities
- Front office/day to day loan management duties as Facility Agent and Security Agent.
- Support portfolio management, deal administration and loan monitoring/reporting.
- Support bi-lateral and syndicated facilities.
- Managing client information and preparing meeting pack.
- The preparation/processing of any and all Loans related transactions.
- Liaising with agents and clients as required.
- Assisting lenders with decisions making process.
Key Skills
- 2-3 years recent Loan administration/documentation related experience
- A willingness to learn and grow with this dynamic team.
