- Manage the Human Resources function on a global level including overseas offices
- Develop HR strategies and provide expert advice to Management on all HR matters.
- Review HR policies and processes in accordance with local laws and regulations
- Promote change and employee engagement within the Company.
- Review departmental and Company business plans
- Organise the annual appraisal process
- Implement training needs
- All aspects of Recruitment
- Compensation and Benefits review
- Develop company wellbeing, health and counselling policies.
