Job Description

This role focuses on managing and monitoring investment portfolios across structured finance and private credit. Key responsibilities include assessing credit risk, tracking financial performance, and ensuring investments align with risk guidelines and client strategies. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with borrowers and stakeholders are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Credit & Investment Analysis – Conduct in-depth credit assessments and financial analysis, providing forward-looking insights.
  • Portfolio Monitoring – Track investment performance using financial reports, compliance certificates, and market data, identifying risks and trends.
  • Risk Management – Identify portfolio risks and suggest proactive strategies to protect investments.
  • Market Research – Analyse market trends and economic conditions to inform investment decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Maintain direct communication with borrowers, lenders, and other key parties, addressing financial concerns as needed.
  • Transaction Oversight – Support new investment mandates, manage amendments, and assess restructuring strategies.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Prepare credit risk reports, internal ratings, and client presentations, ensuring compliance with policies and service-level agreements.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in structured finance, private credit, or portfolio management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex financial structures and transaction documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling tools.
  • Additional language skills (e.g., French or other European languages) are a plus.
