Key Responsibilities
- Credit & Investment Analysis – Conduct in-depth credit assessments and financial analysis, providing forward-looking insights.
- Portfolio Monitoring – Track investment performance using financial reports, compliance certificates, and market data, identifying risks and trends.
- Risk Management – Identify portfolio risks and suggest proactive strategies to protect investments.
- Market Research – Analyse market trends and economic conditions to inform investment decisions.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Maintain direct communication with borrowers, lenders, and other key parties, addressing financial concerns as needed.
- Transaction Oversight – Support new investment mandates, manage amendments, and assess restructuring strategies.
- Reporting & Documentation – Prepare credit risk reports, internal ratings, and client presentations, ensuring compliance with policies and service-level agreements.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in structured finance, private credit, or portfolio management.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex financial structures and transaction documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling tools.
- Additional language skills (e.g., French or other European languages) are a plus.
