Our client an international bank seeks a customer services officer in London, to assist in the day to day running of the branch. You will manage various products including lending, deposits and other loan services.
Provide efficient, friendly and professional service at all times
Oversee and approve the opening of new account in line with the banks policies and procedures.
Manage and expand the current portfolio relating to deposits.
Review and approve loan applications
Assist customers in new account openings.
Coordinate with other areas of the bank
Push the branches offering to ensure targets are met.
At least 2 experience in retail banking
