A global bank is looking to hire structured lending professional who will predominantly focus on large ticket loans in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.
A front office role that will support senior bankers in facilitating loans for large corporate firms across EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Support transactions from origination until financial close.
- Analysis of infrastructure and renewable energy finance transactions.
- Produce sector and business review reports when the bank is reviewing a loan, identifying key risks and making recommendations to mitigate.
- Build and present business and financial models to defend proposed transactions.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients to cross sell the bank’s product offering.
- Work closely with external legal and advisory firms to negotiate and execute relevant documentation.
- Support with the development of the department business plan and work diligently to meet objectives.
Skills & Experience
- An understanding of infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.
- Experience in a similar lending role, working on large ticket and structured loans.
- Strong technical skills (relationship, analysis, modelling, documentation).
- Marketing, presentation and communication skills.
