European Asset Management firm seek an Associate to join this expanding team focused on Commercial Real Estate. As part of a larger team you will help manage a portfolio of commercial property, bi-lateral, syndicated and complex loan structures.
Responsibilities
- Client liaison - maintaining internal/external relationships.
- Oversee deal analysis
- Monitoring cash flows
- Review and analyse Loan Documentation
- Preparation of written reports
- Ensure effective loan monitoring (Rent Rollovers and Covenants)
- Instructing legal counsel, overseeing and managing the entire process until a satisfactory conclusion.
Skills
- Up to 3 years recent Real Estate Finance experience
- Ability to read and effectively interpret legal and financial documentation.
- Cashflow Modelling and Credit Analysis skills.
- A self motivated, team player
