London based Finance Manager who will lead financial operations for a growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee management accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure efficient processing of A/P and A/R activities and monitor the general ledger.
- Lead internal accounting improvements and financial audits.
- Manage monthly and weekly reporting to senior management and the finance department.
- Handle VAT, end-of-year reporting, and coordinate with external auditors.
- Develop business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
- Management of financial administrator.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years Bookkeeping or management accounting experience at an SME/in industry.
- At least part qualified.
- Strong IT and systems skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
