Job Description

An international Bank seeks TWO experienced candidates to join their Operations Team as a Customer Due Diligence Officer to support the production, review and remediation of client files to the Bank.


  • Engage existing corporate customers in the collection of detailed customer information and supporting documentation required for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) review
  • Ensure the completeness of CDD information and supporting documentation before submitting the CDD profile for review and approval
  • Provide administrative support in CDD review process
  • Handle customer enquiries related to CDD review

Skills Required:

  • 1-2 years Banking/ AML background
  • Expertise in Due diligence, Know Your Client and AML
  • Sound grounding in operational processes, procedures and system
  • Banking related qualifications would be an advantage
  • Mandarin is essential
