Super opportunity to join this bank who are establishing a new London operation. A small bank (<30 employees) you will have the chance to set up new reception systems as well as helping with basic PA style duties to senior management.
- Traditional "front of house" duties, answering and forwarding calls, taking messages
- Greeting clients and visitors, meetings management
- Liaise with office suppliers and the landlord on service and payment internally and externally
- Providing office administrative support in the areas of procurement, report preparation and staff communication, when necessary
- Personal Assistant duties to senior management from time to time.
- Ad hoc duties
- MUST have experience working in FINANCIAL SERVICES
- 1-2 years recent experience in a similar role
- Self-motivated, reliable and organised
